Scialatielli pasta with Neapolitan tomato and Parmigiano
A typical dish from Naples, pasta allo Scarpariello is a simple but tasty first course. In our version, we used Scialatielli, a fresh pasta format originally from the beautiful Amalfi Coast, whose name comes from the term 'scialare', that means “to enjoy” in the Neapolitan dialect.
Lasagne with bolognese sauce
It is of the most popular dishes among Italians. As with any traditional dish, there are several versions of lasagne.
Lasagne with Bolognese sauce is perhaps the dish that best represents our tradition.
Peppers, olives and capers
Tasty, colourful and juicy, peppers with olives and capers are a typical Italian side dish that can accompany any main course. With their Mediterranean notes, they go very well with meat, but are also excellent as a condiment for bread,
croutons and bruschetta.
The "queen of dishes", as it was called by Vincenzo Tanara, a
Bolognese-born Italian nobleman and agronomist. Our meatballs with Neapolitan sauce are made with excellent minced beef, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil
and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
Eggplant parmigiana is unquestionably the queen of Italian tables, a gift that our history and culture has passed on to us, a tradition that has always
accompanied our tables since time immemorial as well as the primary inspiration for this project.
