Where are your products made? Our products are made with artisanal methods and ingredients in Naples, Campania, Italy. The 3000 square meters production plant is equipped with a photovoltaic system that drastically reduces CO2 emissions and allows considerable energy autonomy. Furthermore, the plant uses the best industrial technologies, guaranteeing safety and transparency on processes and products and operating according to quality procedures that comply with international standards.

How are your products made? Our products are made following the original recipes of our culinary tradition, unique recipes that do not require reinterpretations. We use only the highest quality ingredients and the best of the PDO products from all over Italy. A slow freezing process allows us to better preserve the smells and flavors. Our chefs prepare our dishes in the most artisanal and traditional way possible.

Where do the ingredients come from? We only use completely natural Italian ingredients of local origin, without preservative additives or GMOs. A qualified team of chefs and nutritionists is continuously dedicated to the analysis and identification of suppliers of BIO, PDO, PGI, MSC products, as well as local and short supply chains products.

How many servings are in a meal? Our ready meals are generally recommended for one person, however our large portions can also satisfy up to a maximum of 2 people if you are not particularly hungry.

What is the expiry date of your products? Parmigià ready meals can be consumed within a couple of months if stored correctly in unopened packaging at a temperature of -18 ° C. Once defrosted, the product must not be refrozen and must be consumed within 12 hours of defrosting.

How do you ship your frozen products to the UK? Once our dishes have been made and chilled in Italy, they are transported at a controlled temperature by logistics couriers specialised in maintaining the cold chain, which guarantee care and control of frozen products. Thus they arrive at their destination in London, at our storage center, where they are stored in large temperature-controlled freezers.

How do your frozen products reach customers? Our boxes are delivered exclusively by refrigerated vans, in a short time lapse since they leave the storage center. In addition, our boxes are transported inside highly performing insulating containers and additional frozen gel packs. Once they arrive at our customers destination, the products must be promptly placed in the freezer.

Do I have to be home to receive the box? Always make sure there is someone in the house who can collect the box and promptly place the products in the freezer once arrived at their destination.

How long does the delivery take? Delivery takes place on the day and in the slot indicated during check-out.

How much does the delivery cost? Our delivery is always free.

Why do you have only 1 type of box available? We plan to include many more products and give our customers the opportunity to create their own personalised box. This first limited edition box will therefore allow us to understand our customers preferences and improve the product and service based on these feedbacks.
